In just seven days, it felt like I was reborn. Now, I can enjoy high-quality sleep every night and wake up feeling refreshed. In the following days, I continued to practice, and my constipation noticeably improved. My body also felt lighter.
At the same time, I noticed that the long-standing numbness in my left leg gradually lessened. I owe all of this to Grandmaster JinBodhi’s selfless teachings, which helped me discover the secret to health. I will continue to deepen my practice and experience even more health benefits.
During this stress relief class, I felt a warm flow entering from the top of my head, and my whole body instantly relaxed. After a few days of persistence, the pain in my hips and lower back significantly diminished and even disappeared.
Now, I can sit for long periods while working, and the issues of back and waist pain no longer bother me.
Additionally, I suffered from dry eye syndrome and often needed to use eye drops. However, since practicing the Meditation of Greater Illuminationi, I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my dry eye symptoms. My eyes now feel moist and comfortable, and I rarely need to use eye drops anymore.
I am grateful to Grandmaster JinBodhi. I firmly believe that as long as I continue to meditate, my problems will be completely resolved!

In only two to three hours of daily sessions, you could relax your body and mind, relieve stress, and replenish your energy.
